Michael Christensen,
President, H & H Industries
Mike Christenson has been at H & H Industries since 1994, serving as President since 1997. After a full Steamfitters apprenticeship, Mike worked as a Foreman and later as a Field Superintendent on several large projects for one of the biggest contractors in Indianapolis, IN. After becoming a Project and Department Manager for this company, Mike joined H & H Industries. Prior to becoming President of H & H, he worked as a Project Manager on several large-scale projects, including a $3.5 million HVAC installation at Super Max Prison in Boscobel. As President of H & H, he currently oversees all operations; Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, AutoCAD design, Service and H & H Industries' extensive Sheet Metal and Pipefitting Fabrication facilities.

Brady Farrell,
Vice President, H & H Industries
Brady Farrell is a 1988 graduate of the Univesity of Wisconsin Mechanical Engineering School. He has over 15 years experience in all aspects of the HVAC industry, from bidding design assist to Project Management and Commissioning. Brady has been Vice President of H & H since 2002. He is the current President of Madison Area Mechanical and Sheet Metal Contractors Association, and a former President of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association.

Randy Reuschlein,
Chief Estimator
Randy Reuschlein has been with H & H for over 30 years. His expertise as an Estimator makes it possible for H & H Industries to bid projects correctly. By ensuring that the proper bid amount is determined, H & H is able to staff, supply and complete projects that meet the rigid specifications of General Contractors, State of Wisconsin Inspectors and University Officials. Correctly bidding projects lays the groundwork for a successful, smoothly run project.
Fred Bartz,
Project Manager
Fred Bartz brings over thirty years of sheet metal and pipefitting experience to his position as a Project Manager at H & H Industries. Fred has managed some of the largest projects H & H completed, as well as continued supervisory work for several T & M jobs at GE Medical and St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo.

Justin Vils, Plumbing Department Manager
Justin has been in the plumbing industry since 1994. He became Manager of H & H Industries' Plumbing Division in 2006. He is Medical Gas certified and holds a Master Plumbing License. Justin is also a Certified Designer of Mechanical Systems with the state of Wisconsin.

Cale Schmelzer,
Sheet Metal Estimator
Cale Schemlzer is a field trained sheet metal estimator. His hands on experience with the every day working of an HVAC jobsite make him uniquely qualified to deliver accurate estimates.
Greg Nelson, Project Manager
Greg Nelson has been with H & H Industries since 1997, and has worked in the sheet metal industry for over 25 years. He completed a full five year sheet metal apprenticeship, and formerly served on the Joint Apprenticeship Board of Sheet Metal Workers International Association. Greg managed two of the largest projects H & H Industries performed in the last two years. The Park Street Residence and Administrative buildings and the recently completed St. Mary's Hospital addition and upgrade.

Greg Schnelle, Project Manager
Greg has been a part of H & H Industries since 1996, and has worked in the mechanical industry for 32 years. He has extensive experience with wastewater treatment plants, pharmaceutical facilities, steam distribution systems and industrial ventilation. As a veteran of the mechanical industry, Greg is known throughout the state for his work on large scale boiler plants and chiller systems. Large scale projects include two 5,500 ton chillers for the University of Wisconsin Walnut Street cogeneratin plant, spearheading the UW Central Campus Utility Improvements. Greg holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and is a registered Professional Engineer with the state of Wisconsin.

Dale Wisneski, AutoCAD Operations Manager
Dale Wisneski finished a sheet metal apprenticeship and has several years experience in the field. This experience helps him to continuously remember who will be reading his plans and how they might interpret them. Dale works in conjunction with Clients, Foreman, Project Managers and or Sheet Metal shop personnel to make sure the correct materials are being produced when needed.
